Traditional Black Tea Brew

A brewed tea made from traditional black tea; stores pre-brew it following the method below.

Preparation

1. 1:35 tea-to-water ratio, steep in 95℃ water for 15 minutes
2. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then strain out the tea.
3. Store hot for no more than 4 hours.
