Rose Pu-erh Brewed Tea

Listed on the menu as "Light Aroma Pu'er." Store in an insulated container at Room Temperature for 6 hours, or refrigerate at 1℃-4℃ for 24 hours.

Preparation

1. Fill a measuring cup with hot water from the water boiler, pour into a stainless steel bucket, and Stir with a whisk while cooling to 85℃. Check temperature with a thermometer.
2. Once at temperature, pour in 100g rose pu-erh, mix with a whisk, and steep for 18 minutes.
3. Strain the Brewed Tea through a tea filter bag; do not press.
4. Weigh 2000g ice cubes, add to the Brewed Tea, Stir until the ice is fully melted, skim off foam, and pour into a thermos for later use.
