Green tea base extracted with a tea brewing machine; let it cool back for 10 minutes before adding ice. Set the boiler temperature to 93℃.

Preparation

1. Put 100g green tea (100g total from 2 packs in the original) into the brewing pot and extract on the 93℃ program.
2. Cool back covered for 10 minutes, add 2000g ice to chill, with total yield counted as about 5000ml.
