The green tea base for cold brew fresh tea; method is the same as green tea brewed tea, add ice after 10 minutes of cooling. No specific tea amount is given, so it is recorded following the green tea brewed tea method.
Preparation
- Place pu yu green tea in the brewing pot and extract using the green tea setting.
- Half-cover the tea bucket and cool for 10 minutes to about 70℃.
- Add 2000g ice, then place on the shelf.
