Needle-like leaves, intense aroma of pine and camphor, resistant to boiling and steeping. Often used as a whole sprig in drinks for aromatic decoration, or grilled and placed on the rim of the glass for a smoky scent. Use sparingly; excess will overpower fruit aromas. Also available in the database are dried 'Rosemary Tea' and pre-made 'Rosemary Brewed Tea'.
