Lungo extraction coffee concentrate. Extract fresh per cup, for espresso lungo.

Preparation

1. Grind coffee beans, weigh out 18g, distribute evenly and tamp
2. Extract continuously with 92~93℃ water, stop at approx. 110g liquid weight (cost calculated at approx. 110ml)
3. Use immediately after extraction, do not store overnight
