Passion Fruit Iced Lemon Tea

600ml cold drink. Frozen passion fruit base, pronounced acidity.

Ingredients

• Black Tea Base (No. 3) 150 ml
• Perfume Lemon 3 thick slices, about 70 g
• Frozen Passion Fruit 50 cc
• Rock Sugar Syrup 36 cc
• Injection-Molded PP Cold Cup 600ml 1 pc

Method

1. In a shaker, add 3 thick slices of perfume lemon about 70 g, add 10 ice cubes, and muddle 30 times until the ice becomes slushy.
2. Add 50cc frozen passion fruit, 36cc rock sugar syrup, (No. 3) black tea, and ice up to the 600ml line.
3. Shake 10 times, pour into a cup, and serve.
