Floral Rose Lemon

Rose jam for aroma.

Ingredients

• Perfume Lemon 50 g
• Rose Jam 20 ml
• Keemun Black Tea Brew 250 ml brewed tea
• Rock Sugar Syrup 40 ml

Method

1. Put lemon in the shaker and squeeze the juice with a muddler, then fill with ice.
2. Pour the tea into the shaker, add jam and syrup, and shake well.
3. Pour the tea into a cup, straining off the foam.
4. Add fresh ice as requested by the customer.
