Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Built over ice with Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda water, served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Campari 30 ml
• Sweet red vermouth 30 ml
• Soda Water As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Half orange slice and lemon peel twist; About 10.2% ABV
