IBA official recipe. Shake; mainly gin, apricot liqueur, and Calvados apple brandy; served in a coupe.

Ingredients

• Gin 30 ml
• Apricot brandy 30 ml
• Calvados 30 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 26.7% ABV
