Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Build. Built on Prosecco and Peach Purée, served in a champagne flute.

Ingredients

• Prosecco 100 ml
• Peach puree 50 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Champagne Flute; Ice: No ice; About 6.1% ABV
