Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Shake. Built on White Rum, Cognac, and Triple Sec, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

• White rum 30 ml
• Cognac 30 ml
• Triple sec 30 ml
• Lemon Juice 20 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 23.1% ABV
