Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Stir. Built on Bourbon Whisky, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, served in a nick & nora glass.

Ingredients

• Bourbon whiskey 45 ml
• Campari 30 ml
• Sweet red vermouth 30 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mixing glass.
3. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon along the glass wall for 20–30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Orange zest, or lemon zest if preferred; About 23.1% ABV
