Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Shake. Built on Old Tom Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, and Lemon Juice, served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Old Tom gin 40 ml
• Maraschino liqueur 10 ml
• Lemon Juice 10 ml
• Orange bitters 2 dashes

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Lemon Peel Twist & Candied Cherry; About 24.5% ABV
