Official IBA (International Bartenders Association) recipe. Stir. Built on Gin, Peach Bitters, and Mint Leaves, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

• Gin 60 ml
• Peach bitters 2 dashes
• Mint Leaves As needed

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mixing glass.
3. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon along the glass wall for 20–30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Mint Leaves; About 31.8% ABV
