Fernet and Coke

IBA official recipe. Build. Made with Fernet-Branca and cola. Served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Fernet-Branca 50 ml
• Cola As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; About 16.2% ABV
