Hanky-Panky cocktail

IBA official recipe. Stir. Made with London dry gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca. Served in a Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients

• London dry gin 45 ml
• Sweet red vermouth 45 ml
• Fernet-Branca 7.5 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mixing glass.
3. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon along the glass wall for 20–30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Orange Zest; About 23.6% ABV
