IBA official recipe. Build. Made with vodka, Galliano, and orange juice. Served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• Vodka 45 ml
• Galliano 15 ml
• Orange Juice 90 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Orange Slice & Candied Cherry; About 13.5% ABV
