IBA official recipe. Shake. Made with white rum, grapefruit juice, and maraschino liqueur. Served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• White rum 60 ml
• Grapefruit Juice 40 ml
• Maraschino liqueur 15 ml
• Lime juice 15 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 17% ABV
