IBA official recipe. Build. Made with brandy, ginger ale, and Angostura bitters. Served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• Brandy 40 ml
• Ginger ale 120 ml
• Angostura bitters As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Long spiral lemon peel; About 8.3% ABV
