IBA official recipe. Built, featuring gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup, served in a Collins glass.

Ingredients

• Gin 45 ml
• Lemon Juice 30 ml
• Granulated Sugar Syrup 15 ml
• Soda Water 60 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Collins Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Lemon slice and maraschino cherry; About 10% ABV
