IBA official recipe. Built, featuring white wine and crème de cassis, served in a wine glass.

Ingredients

• White wine 90 ml
• Creme de cassis 10 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.
