Long Island iced tea

IBA official recipe. Built, featuring tequila, vodka, and white rum, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• Tequila & Mezcal 15 ml
• Vodka 15 ml
• White rum 15 ml
• Cointreau 15 ml
• Gin 15 ml
• Lemon Juice 25 ml
• Granulated Sugar Syrup 30 ml
• Cola As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Lemon slice (optional); About 19% ABV
