IBA official recipe. Shaken, featuring white rum, pineapple juice, and grenadine, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• White rum 45 ml
• Pineapple Juice 45 ml
• Grenadine syrup 5 ml
• Maraschino liqueur 7.5 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 15.3% ABV
