Official IBA recipe. Built, featuring gin, sweet vermouth and Campari, served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Gin 30 ml
• Sweet red vermouth 30 ml
• Campari 30 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Orange slice; About 22.5% ABV
