Official IBA recipe. Built, featuring Cointreau, Baileys and Grand Marnier, served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Cointreau 30 ml
• Irish cream liqueur 30 ml
• Grand Marnier 20 ml
• Maraschino cherry As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.
