Official IBA recipe. Shaken, featuring bourbon whiskey, Nonino Amaro and Aperol, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

• Bourbon whiskey 30 ml
• Amaro Nonino 30 ml
• Aperol 30 ml
• Lemon Juice 30 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 16.5% ABV
