Official IBA recipe. Shaken, featuring gin, apricot liqueur and orange juice, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

• Gin 35 ml
• Apricot brandy 20 ml
• Orange Juice 15 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 20.7% ABV
