Piña Colada

Official IBA recipe. Blended, featuring white rum, sweetened coconut cream and pineapple juice, served in a hurricane glass.

Ingredients

• White rum 50 ml
• Cream of coconut 30 ml
• Pineapple Juice 50 ml

Method

1. Pour all ingredients and crushed ice into the blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and free of granules.
3. Pour into a cup.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Hurricane Glass; Ice: Shaved ice; Garnish: Maraschino cherry or pineapple wedge; About 10.3% ABV
