Planter's Punch

Official IBA recipe. Shaken, featuring Jamaican rum, lime juice and sugarcane juice, served in an old fashioned glass.

Ingredients

• Jamaican rum 45 ml
• Lime juice 15 ml
• Sugar cane juice 30 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass; Garnish: Orange Zest; About 15.4% ABV
