Official IBA recipe. Shaken, based on dry vermouth, cherry brandy, and strawberry syrup, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• Dry vermouth 40 ml
• Kirsch 20 ml
• Strawberry Syrup 3 dashes

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Maraschino cherry; About 18.6% ABV

No alcohol for minors.
