Official IBA recipe. Built, based on vodka, peach liqueur, and orange juice, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• Vodka 40 ml
• Peach schnapps 20 ml
• Orange Juice 40 ml
• Cranberry juice 40 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Orange slice; About 11.9% ABV
