Official IBA recipe. Shaken, based on cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• Cognac 50 ml
• Triple sec 20 ml
• Lemon Juice 20 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 22.2% ABV
