Official IBA recipe. Shaken, based on cognac and white crème de menthe, served in a Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients

• Cognac 50 ml
• White creme de menthe 20 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Mint leaves (optional); About 27.5% ABV
