Tequila Sunrise

Official IBA recipe. Built, based on tequila, orange juice, and grenadine, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• Tequila & Mezcal 45 ml
• Orange Juice 90 ml
• Grenadine syrup 15 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Half orange slice or orange zest; About 9.5% ABV
