Trinidad Sour

Official IBA recipe. Shaken, based on Angostura bitters, orgeat, and lemon juice, served in a Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients

• Angostura bitters 45 ml
• Orgeat syrup 30 ml
• Lemon Juice 22.5 ml
• Rye whiskey 15 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass; Ice: No ice; About 17.9% ABV
