Official IBA recipe. Stirred, based on Old Tom gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters, served in a Nick & Nora glass.

Ingredients

• Old Tom gin 30 ml
• Dry vermouth 30 ml
• Orange bitters 3 dashes

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mixing glass.
3. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon along the glass wall for 20–30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Nick & Nora Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Cherry and lemon zest; About 23.2% ABV
