IBA official recipe. Stirred, featuring gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc, served in a martini glass.

Ingredients

• Gin 45 ml
• Vodka 15 ml
• Lillet Blanc 7.5 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mixing glass.
3. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon along the glass wall for 20–30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
4. Strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Martini Glass; Ice: No ice; Garnish: Lemon zest; About 30% ABV
