IBA official recipe. Blend. Made with dark rum, gold rum, and Demerara rum. Served in a zombie glass.

Ingredients

• Dark rum 45 ml
• Gold rum 45 ml
• Demerara rum 30 ml
• Lime juice 20 ml
• Falernum 15 ml
• Grapefruit Juice 15 ml
• Grenadine syrup As needed
• Angostura bitters 1 dash
• Pernod 6 drops

Method

1. Pour all ingredients and crushed ice into the blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and free of granules.
3. Pour into a cup.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Zombie Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Mint Leaves; About 19.5% ABV
