IBA official recipe. Made by build method with prosecco, Select, and soda water, served in a white wine glass.

Ingredients

• Prosecco 90 ml
• Select Aperitivo 60 ml
• Soda Water As needed

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: White Wine Glass; Ice: Ice cubes; Garnish: Orange slice; About 11.3% ABV

No alcohol for minors.
