A classic hot chocolate made with chocolate premix and hot milk.

Ingredients

• Chocolate Premix 4 pumps
• Modern Farming Pure Milk Add to 400 ml

Method

1. Add 4 pumps of chocolate premix and milk to the steaming pitcher up to the 400ml mark.
2. Heat using the flat white steam program.
3. Pour into the serving cup to 10mm below the rim.
