A creamy coconut milk base, with blue curacao and white rum weaving a sweet, slightly boozy blue liquid. Smooth and soft on the palate, with distinct layers.

Ingredients

• Orange curacao 30 ml
• White rum 30 ml
• Coconut Milk Fill the glass to 70% full

Method

1. Shake the Liquor Put 30ml blue curacao, 30ml white rum and ice into a shaker and shake well until fully combined.
2. Fill the Glass with Ice Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add Coconut Milk Pour coconut milk into the glass until 70% full.
4. Pour in the Liquor Slowly pour the shaken blue liquor into the glass to create a layer.
5. Garnish Garnish the rim of the glass with mint leaves.

Glassware: Highball Glass; Ice: 冰块; About 12% ABV
