Brewed tea made from Pu'er tea leaves; stores pre-batch it following the method below.

Preparation

1. Steep 40 g Pu'er in 1250 ml of 95℃ water for 25 minutes.
2. Strain out the tea leaves, then add 750 g ice and stir until melted.
3. Use within 4 hours.
