Tea brewed from orthodox black tea; stores pre-make it according to the method below.

Preparation

1. 1:40 tea-to-water ratio, steep at 95℃ for 8 to 13 minutes
2. Large batch method: steep 40 g tea leaves in 1200 g hot water for 8 minutes, then pour the strained tea into 1200 g ice cubes
3. Steep the tea leaves again in 600 g hot water for 10 minutes, combine both brews and pour into a tea bucket
4. Add 300 g ice cubes every 90 minutes, keeps for 7 hours
