Charcoal-Roasted Jinxuan Oolong Tea Brew

A tea brew made from charcoal-roasted Jinxuan oolong, prepped in-store according to the method below.

Preparation

  1. Add 40g tea leaves to 2000ml hot water at 90~95℃, steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
  2. This parameter is a reference tea-to-water ratio of 1:50; calibrate by tasting according to roast level and leaf granularity.
