Jade Gyokuro Brewed Tea

Store in a thermos at Room Temperature for 6 hours; refrigerate at 1℃-4℃ for 24 hours.
Preparation
- Fill a measuring cup with hot water from the water boiler, pour into a stainless steel tea bucket, stir with a whisk to cool to 80℃, and check with a thermometer.
- Once at temperature, pour in 50g jade gyokuro, mix with a whisk, and steep for 12 minutes.
- Strain the Brewed Tea through a tea filter bag; do not press.
- Weigh 1000g ice cubes, add to the Brewed Tea, Stir until the ice is fully melted, skim off foam, and pour into a thermos for later use.
