Ingredients

• Perfume Lemon 60 g
• Dancong Tea Brew 250 ml brewed tea
• Rock Sugar Syrup 45 ml

Method

1. Put lemon in the shaker and muddle it with a muddler, then fill with ice.
2. Pour the brewed tea into the shaker, add syrup, and shake well.
3. Pour into a cup, straining off the foam.
4. Add fresh ice as requested by the customer.
