Kiwi Snow Forest

Matcha base with kiwi, 700cc cup.

Ingredients

• Matcha Powder 5 g
• Sucrose 20 ml
• Kiwi Jam 45 g
• Kiwi half
• Cheese Foam 1.5 cm
• Chopped Walnuts a little for garnish
• PET Clear Cold Cup 700ml 1 pc

Method

1. Measure 5g matcha powder + 50g ice + 100ml hot water in measuring cup, stir with bar spoon and pour into blender
2. Continue adding 20ml sucrose, 45g kiwi jam, half a kiwi, blend until smooth
3. Pour into serving cup with bar spoon, add 1.5cm cheese foam, sprinkle a few walnut pieces for garnish
