Mocha Coffee (Hot)

Chocolate feather pattern on top. Hot drink temperature 65℃, must not exceed 70℃.

Ingredients

• Coffee Concentrate 60 ml
• Whole Fresh Milk 325 ml
• Chocolate Sauce 20 ml

Method

1. Froth 325 ml milk and pour into the cup to 80% full
2. Stir 60 ml coffee and 20 ml chocolate sauce, then pour from the center on top
3. Chocolate latte art
