Hand-Muddled Peach Oolong Tea

700 serving cup. Sugar: normal 35g, less 25g, light 15g; Ice: normal 500, less 300.

Ingredients

• Jinxuan Brewed Tea 250 ml
• Rock Sugar 35 g
• Peach Jam 180 g
• PET Clear Cold Cup 700ml 1 pc

Method

1. Weigh 180g peach jam in a small shaker and muddle five times with a muddler.
2. Add Jin Xuan tea and rock sugar to the shaker, stir well, and add ice up to the 500 ice line.
3. Add 180g peach jam and hand-shake ten times.
4. Pour into a 700ml serving cup, scrape off the foam, and serve.
